How it works
Three steps, about a minute
Nothing reaches your accounts until you've checked it and pressed Submit.
Hold and speak
Say the customer's details, or an item for the invoice: “2 hours of labour at £40.”
Check what was heard
The app shows what it understood at each step. Confirm it, say it again, or fix one word by typing.
Review and submit
See every line's net, VAT and total, then send it to your accounts. You can also email it to your customer.
Built for the job
Everything an invoice needs, nothing it doesn't
VAT handled
20%, 5%, zero-rated or exempt. Say “inclusive of VAT” or “plus VAT” and the sums are done for you.
Fix it by typing
Got one word wrong? Tap it and correct it. You don't have to record the whole thing again.
Drafts are saved
Phone rings or you lose signal halfway through? Your work is kept as a draft until you come back.
Send it straight away
